Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Your orders are authenticated and approved by a member of our team. Once the order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be passed on for delivery.

Delivery will then be done within 3 working days (72hrs) bar any circumstances beyond our control.

Local Delivery:

Free local delivery is available on all orders over €30 across Malta. Deliveries to Gozo do carry a charge of €9.

International Shipping:

We are able to offer international shipping, with the exception of the USA when it comes to certain brands.

This is currently being done on a quotation basis. Should you wish to enquire about a quote to have an order sent to you, simply drop us a message on our Facebook/Instagram page or email us on info@coach&ilifestyle.com. Kindly provide us with the list of items you would like to have shipped as well as the shipping address.

Kindly note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. My Favourite Things is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.

In-Store Pickup

If you would like to pick up from our boutique in Naxxar, simply select the Pick-up option at checkout. You will receive a notification email once your order is ready for collection. Kindly have your order number at hand when collecting your items.
