Our rum is made using the traditional fermentation and distillation process that has been used in the Caribbean for hundreds of years. The process starts with Fairtrade sugar cane from Belize and ends in your glass with the finest tasting rum we’ve ever had the pleasure of drinking.
Our sugar cane is grown using sustainable farming methods on small farm plots. Each stalk is carefully hand harvested to maximize the yield and protect the land. The farmers are part of the Belize Sugar Cane Farmers Association (BSCFA).
Aged in American Bourbon barrels, FAIR. Rum reveals many aromatics and a deep character.
Place a brown sugar cube into glass, wet it down with 2 or 3 dashes of Angostura bitters & a short splash of water
Crush the sugar cube, add 1 ice cube and stir until the ice & sugar are dissolved
Add a large ice cube, pour in 60ml of FAIR. Rum & stir
Garnish with a lemon twist & a maraschino cherry
